Ingredients
- 1 cup sauterne cooking wine (or plain water)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 1 whole lobster (1 1/2 to 2 lbs) claws and tail
- only
- 8 cockles
- 8 mussles
- 3 white potatoes pre-boiled and quartered
- 1 ear corn pre-boiled
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan. Cook, covered, over medium heat until mussles and cockles open -- approximately 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat.
Serve with drawn butter.
