Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 2-3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 8 sheets of phyllo dough
- 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 3 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 4 oz. feta
- 1/3 cups fresh basil, snipped
Preparation
Step 1
1. Spray baking pan.
2. Layer each sheet of phyllo dough, brushing with garlic butter each time.
3. Layer all other ingredients in the center, leaving about a 2 inch border.
4. Fold edges upward to form a crust.
5. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
