Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 1 ¼ cup oil
  • 3 cups grated Carrot
  • 2 ¼ cups Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Bi Carbonate of soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp allspice
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ½ tsp nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs and slowly add sugar until creamy .Gradually beat in oil. fold in grated carrots, pecans and sifted dry ingredients. Bake at 180 until done. Cool completely before adding topping.
