Ingredients
- 6 qts. of turkey stock or broth
- 3 c chopped leftover turkey meat
- 2 celery ribs diced small
- 1 small onion diced small
- 2 bay leaves
- 3/4 c rice
- s/p to taste (add ground sage and or poultry seasoning to taste as needed)
Preparation
Step 1
. place all ingredients except rice in a stockpot and bring to a gentle boil, add in rice and continue cooking until rice is tender.
. remove bay leaves and discard
