Ingredients
- 4 c. cornbread cubed and toasted
- 2 c. celery chopped
- 1 c. onion diced
- 1/4 c. parsley chopped
- 1 t. poultry seasoning
- 1/8 t. sage
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 325. Heat onion and celery in skillet with a small amount of oil. Medium heat until soft. Approx. 5-8 miutes. In mixing bowl mix all ingredients until all is moist. Do not over stir. Spoon into baking dish. Cover and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 more minutes until browned
