Ingredients
- 15 or 16 large potatoes
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- tsp. salt
- 12 oz. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cup half and half
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes, drain, dry and put through ricer.
Add softened butter and cream cheese and heated half and half.
Whip with beater until smooth. Does't take long because they
potatoes have been riced. Add 1 tsp. garlic powder and a little pepper.
