Dill Family Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• CASSEROLE INGREDIENTS
• 1 Cup sugar
• 1/3 Cup milk
• 1 Tsp Vanilla
• 2 Eggs, beaten
• 1 Stick butter, softened
• 3 Cups cooked & mashed sweet potatoes (about 5 potatoes)
• TOPPING INGREDIENTS
• 1 Cup Light brown sugar
• 1 Cup Pecans, chopped
• 1/2 Stick butter
• 1/2 Cup flour

Preparation

Step 1

CASSEROLE
1. Mix all of the casserole ingredients together and pour into a casserole dish.

2. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes

TOPPING
1. Mix all of the topping ingredients together. After casserole has baked for 15 minutes, top the casserole with the topping mixture and bake an additional 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
