Banana Pudding with Nilla Wafers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2/3 cup instant vanilla pudding powder
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1 box Nilla Wafers
  • 3-4 medium bananas, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

1. Blend cold water, condensed milk and pudding powder using an electric mixer on low for about one minute. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until firm.

2. In a separate bowl, whip cream until peaks form. Fold the pudding into the whipped cream.

3. Place a layer of Nilla Wafers along the bottom of a large bowl or individual glasses, then cover with a layer of bananas followed by a layer of pudding. Continue alternating layers, ending with the pudding as the top layer. Decorate with a wafer or crushed pieces.

4. Refrigerate for 30 min before serving.
