Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 head cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small red onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup sunflower kernels
  • 1/2 tablespoon Greek seasoning
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine last four ingredients and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and toss with dressing. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or overnight and serve.
