- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz sour cream
- 8 oz cheddar cheese
- French fried onion rings or crushed corn flakes

Put in 9x13 ungreased pan
Cover with foil
Bake 350
