Ingredients
- brussel sprouts
- 3 Tbsp EVOO
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp honey
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Set oven to 425. Line baking sheet with foil. Cut brussel sprouts in half, toss in bowl with 1 Tbsp EVOO and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast 20 minutes. Remove and put back in bowl, toss with 2 Tbsp EVOO, balsamic vinegar and honey.
