Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Ingredients

  • Crust: 2 2/3 Cups Coarsely Crushed Pretzels
  • 3/4 Cup Margarine
  • 3 Tbs. Sugar
  • Filling: 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • Topping: 2 small pkgs. Strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 Cups Boiling Water
  • 8 oz. Frozen Strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Press Crust mixture into 8X12 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Mix filling and pour over cooled crust. Mix jell-o and water. Add strawberries when jell-o is partially set. Pour over filling. Refrigerate.
