Ingredients
- 5 lbs. Red Potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- Small Onion, chopped
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pint sour cream
- Milk
- Grated cheese
- Bread Crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Boil 5 lbs. Red Potatoes
Smash Up. Set aside.
In skillet, saute 1 stick butter,
onion, and garlic.
Add onion mixture to potatoes
Mix in sour cream and milk
Pour into baking pan
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top with a couple of dabs of butter and 1/2 cup grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
