Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 can tuna, drained and flaked (6 1/2 oz. can)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 hardcooked eggs, chopped
- 4 tomato cups
Preparation
Step 1
Combine celery, onion, lemon juice and salt. Stir in tuna, mayo and eggs. Cover, chill. Fill each tomato cup with 1/2 cup of tuna mixture.
