Turkey Dressing

Ingredients

• Giblets from Turkey
• Onion
• Celery
• Mushrooms
• Slivered almonds (Optional) I don't usually add
• Jimmy Dean Sausage, cooked
• Stuffing mix
• Chicken broth
• Poultry seasonings
• 1 tbsp Sage
• 1 tbsp Oregano
• 1 tbsp thyme
• Parsley Chopped fine
• White wine
• Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Sautee onion, mushrooms, almonds and celery
Cook sausage

Add chicken broth according to dressing package (Add enough so its moist but no standing juice when you have combined all ingredients)

Combine all ingredients
Stuff turkey (I always put my dressing in my turkey

Cook
30 minutes covered
30 minutes uncovered
