Ingredients
- 2/3 c sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 2/3 c unsweetened shredded coconut
Preparation
Step 1
whisk together sugar, vanilla, salt and beaten egg whites. stir in coconut. drop by tablespoon and form pyramid with your fingers. bake 350 for 15-20 minutes
