Ingredients
- 1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/3 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash ground red pepper
- 3/4 cup diced peeled cucumber
- 1/4 cup finely chopped radishes
- 2 tablespoons minced green onions
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir with a whisk. Stir in cucumber, radishes, and green onions. Cover and chill.
