- 2 lbs pork tenderloin
- s & P
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp thyme
Preparation
Step 1
season and brown pork in skillet in oil
combine remaining than pour over pork
cook 7-9 hrs on low
shred and serve
