Ingredients

  • 1 1 1 lb chorizo
  • 2 2 2 T oil
  • 1 1/4 1 1/4 1/4 c onion, diced
  • 2 2 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 2 2 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 1 1 cup corn
  • 4 4 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 T thyme
  • 2-15 2-15 cans 2-15 oz cans black beans, drained, reserve liquid
  • 4 4 4 c chicken broth
  • 28 28 can 28 oz can tomatoes, diced
  • 2 2 2 t cumin
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 T Tabasco
  • S S & P
  • cilantro
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 c sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Cook veggies. Add rest and heat.
