Green Beans w/ Country Mustard & Herbs

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) packaged refrigerated trimmed green beans
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced fresh oregano
  • 2 tsp whole grain Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Microwave green beans according to package directions.

2. While beans cook; place butter and remaining ingredients in a serving bowl. Add beans; toss gently until butter melts.
