Ingredients
- 2 lbs. chicken breast
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 cups tallow or favorite frying oil
Preparation
Step 1
Cut chicken into thin strips. Soak chicken in buttermilk, salt, cayenne, garlic and paprika. Soak at least an hour, or overnight. Mix eggs in one bowl. Mix flour, salt, garlic and pepper in another bowl. Dredge chicken through eggs, then dry mix. Fry for 2-3 minutes each side. If deep frying then fry 3 minutes total.
