Lemon Bars

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 2 cubes butter
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 2 C flour
  • 1/8 t salt
  • Filling:
  • 6 large eggs at room temp
  • 3 C sugar
  • 2 T lemon zest
  • 1 C fresh lemon juice
  • 1 C flour

Preparation

Step 1

Bake crust for 15-20 minutes. Cool. Pour filling over crust, bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Cool to room temperature before serving.
