Ingredients
- 3/4 c lemon juice
- 3/4 c honey
- 1/3 c soy sauce
- 3 T. dry sherry or chicken broth
- 5 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 (3/4 lb) pork tenderloins
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together first 5 ingredients in shallow dish, removing 1 c mixture for basting, and set aside
Pierce pork several times with a fork and place in bag in remaining mixture.
Cover or seal and chill 1 hour
Preheat grill. Remove pork, discarding marinade.
Grill pork, covered, over medium heat (300 to 350) 11 to 13 minutes on each side or until thermometer registers 160* basting with reserved honey mixture
