CORNFLAKE CRUSTED HALIBUT WITH CHILE CILANTRO AIOLI

Step 1

for the aioli mix 3 tbsp fat free mayo with 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, 1 serrano chile and 1 minced garlic clove. For the fish mix 1 c fat free milk with 1 large egg white. The for the crust mix 2 c cornflakes (finely crushed) with ¼ c flour and salt and pepper. Dip fish in egg wash and press in crumbs. Then cook on pan with olive oil on medium to medium high heat. I tried this on 1/2/09 and 1/3/09. I used Talipia because much cheaper and good also. First time I tried it I burned it because heat too high. Next night it was a little burned but much better. Will cook about four minutes on each side. The aioli was very very good.
