RED POTATOES WITH GARLIC AND ROSEMARY

Step 1

about 15 new red potatoes, wash and pare a narrow strip from each. In a bowl mix olive oil, garlic (4-6 cloves crushed) and 1 tbsp fresh rosemary. Then coat the potatoes and bake at 350 until done. We tried this on 1/29/2008. I thought they were ok, just a little bland. Jackie really liked them.
