Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef round steak cut in strips, 2 8oz can Rotel, 1 large onion, 1 green pepper cut into strips, 1 red pepper cut into strips, 2 tsp cilantro, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tsp chili powder, 2 tsp cumin, salt and pepper 1 jalapeno chopped.
Preparation
Step 1
Cook on low for 5-6 hours, serve on tortillas with fixings.
