Potato Sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb red potatoes, scrubbed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray baking sheets with non-stick spray. Cut potatoes into 1/2 x 2 inch sticks, rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Spread into a single layer on baking sheets. spray with non-stick spray. Bake until potatoes are golden brown and crispy, about 30 minutes. Immediately sprinkle with 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper.
