Pork Roast Rub

Ingredients

  • 2-4 lb Boneless Pork Loin - Center Cut
  • 1 tbls Salt (Kosher Salt)
  • 1/2 tsp ground Pepper and Bayleaf
  • 1/8 tsp each of Ground Allspice, Paprika, Sage, and Thyme
  • Garlic slices

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together and rub on roast. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Cook at 325 - 352 degrees. 20-30 minutes for 2-4lb boneless roast.

Option: Before cooking cut slits in fat side of roast and insert slivers of garlic.


160 degrees internal temperature
155 degrees internal temperature while resting.
