Turkey Burgers w/ Lemon & Mint

Ingredients

  • ● 1 pound fresh ground turkey 2
  • ● tbsps. grated onion
  • ● 3 tbsps. lemon juice
  • ● 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ● 2 tbsps. finely chopped fresh mint
  • ● 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • ● 1 tsp salt
  • ● 1 large egg, beaten
  • ● 1 tbsp. olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well
2. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions for sliders or 4 equal portions for burgers. Shape each portion into a patty. Place the patties on a parchment-lined sheet pan or large plate
3. Bake for 20 minutes, or until burgers are cooked through.
