Cheesy Spinach and Bacon Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pound velveeta
  • 1 package 10 oz frozen chopped spinach
  • 4 oz philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 10 oz rotel diced tomatoes and chiles
  • 8 slices bacon

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut Velveeta into small cubes, place in large microwaveable bowl. Add 1 package chopped spinach, thawed and drained, 4 oz of cream cheese (cut up), 1 can of rotel diced tomatoes and chiles, undrained; and bacon crumble.

2. Microwave on high 5 mins or until velveeta is completely melted and mixture is wll blended, stirring after 3 mins.

3. Serve with hot tortilla chips.
