Cucumber Agave Fresco

Ingredients

• 2 oz Avion Tequilla
• .75 oz Cointreau
• 2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• .75 oz Agave
• .25 oz Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
• 1 Ramekin Jullienne Cucumber

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare collins glass and set aside
Fill pint glass 2/3 full of ice
Add liquors
Add mixers
Add cucumber
Shake HARD for 10 seconds
Pour directly into glass (do not strain)
Swirl cucumber slice inside glass (use a bar spoon to push cucumber down)
Top with ice if needed.

Garnish long cucumber sliced thin inside glass.
