Hot Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 med potatoes
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 12 oz velveeta cheese
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 lb bacaon
  • (salt/pepper to taste)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Peel potatoes and cut in cubes. Boil until soft.
2. Drain and add mayo, small onion chopped, dry mustard and velveeta cheese cubes (salt&pepper).
3. Mix and place in cassarole dish
4. cut bacon in cubes & fry, drain bacon and place on top
5. Bake @ 350F for 40 min until cheese is melted
