Ingredients
- 8 strips of bacon
- 3-4 bacon Drippings
- 4 TBSP red wine vinegar
- 1 TSP Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tsp French Mustard
- 2 TBSP brown sugar
- 1 Tsp of sugar
- 1 red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
Preparation
Step 1
cook bacon until crisp and set aside
Remove drippings until 3-4 tbsp are left.
Add in all ingredients except eggs and onions and simmer.
Readd crumbled bacon to sauce and pour over spinach.
Add onion and toss
Add eggs as garnish
