Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1/2 cup minced fresh Italian parsley
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh oregano
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried crushed red pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in large bowl to blend. Serve dip at room temp.
