  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh Italian parsley
  • 2 Tbsp minced fresh oregano
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried crushed red pepper
