Ingredients
- 6-8 Slices Bacon
- 2/3 Cup Chopped Onions
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. Cooked Green Beans
- 1/2 Cup Vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon crisp, remove from skillet and crumble. Saute onions in bacon fat. Add green beans to the skillet. Pour vinegar over all. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Place in serving bowl and sprinkle with bacon.
