Ramen Noodle Salad

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1 head lettuce (Napa, Iceberg, bochoy)
  • 2 pkgs. Top Ramen
  • 1/2 c. sesame seeds
  • 1 small pkg. slivered almonds
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. oil (a little less)
  • 1 c. sugar (a little less)
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. rice vinegar (a little more)
  • 1 Top Ramen seasoning pkg

Preparation

Step 1

Brown crushed Top Ramen noodles, sesame seeds, and almonds in butter. Remove from pan and drain on a paper towel. Chop lettuce and mix in the noodles, sesame seeds and almonds. Mix dressing and pour over salad 20 minutes before serving.
