Ingredients
- 15 oz part skim ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 16 oz box of ziti pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 jar (1lb 10oz)Ragu chunky garden style pasta sauce
- 1 c shredded mozarella cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, and Parmesan cheese; set aside.
In another bowl, thoroughly combine pasta and ragu sauce.
In 13x9 baking dish, spoon 1/2 pasta mixture; evenly top with ricotta cheese mixture, then remaining pasta mixture. Sprinkle with mozarella cheese. Bake 30 min or until heated through.
