Spinach dressing

Ingredients

• 1/2 Cup sour cream
• 2 T sugar
• 1 T horseradish
• 1/2 tea dry mustard
• 1/4 tea salt
• 3 T wine vinegar

Mix all together, cool and serve on raw spinach
