Broccoli Stir Fry

Bright and colorful dish. I like as my main dish. You could beef it up a little with your favorite protein (not just beef, chicken or pork work well too) or some brown rice.

Ingredients

  • Snow Peas
  • Yellow Bell Pepper
  • Red Bell Pepper
  • Green Bell Pepper
  • Broccoli
  • Yellow & Green Summer Squash
  • Red Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • Soy Sauce & Sriracha to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Slice all ingredients.
heat oil in wok.
toss in veggies with sauces (to taste, be careful not to overpower)
sauté for about 5 minutes or to desired softness. I prefer mine crunchy!
