Ingredients
- 4 C steamed broccoli florets
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T toasted pine nuts
- 1/4 t grated lemon rind
- Salt & pepper
- 2 T Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Toss broccoli florets with oil, pine nuts, lemon rind, salt & pepper. Then toss again gently with Parmesan cheese
