Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creme fraiche or clotted cream
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar (if using)
  • Grated zest of 1/2 orange

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

For a thicker texture, omit the sugar
