Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Kraft Classic Catalina Dressing or substitute French
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 3 tablespoons onion soup mix
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 minutes on each side or until browned on both sides. Transfer chicken to 3 quart casserole.
Mix dressing, jam and soup mix; pour over chicken.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is done (165 degrees).
