Ingredients
- 2 pounds small red potatoes
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese softened
- 1 can (10 oz) condensed cream of potato soup
- 1 envelop ranch salad dressing mix
Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes in slow cooker. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, soup and salad mixture until blended. Stir in potatoes. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours until potatoes are tender. 4 to 6 servings
