Ingredients
- 2 bags (3 oz) Ramen Noodle Soup in Oriental
- 1/3 stick of butter
- 1/2 bag (3 1/2 oz) of slivered almonds
- 1 bag of broccoli cole slaw
- 1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- dash of celery seed
- salt and pepper to taste
- Dressing Mix
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup sugar (or less)
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 pkg of Ramen Oriental seasoning packet
Preparation
Step 1
Crush or break up Ramen noodles. Heat up butter and add Ramen noodles and slivered almonds. Cook about 1 minute or less - just want to coat it with butter. Whisk dressing mix together. In large bowl, combine broccoli slaw, noodles, almonds and sunflower seeds. Pour dressing on top and mix well. Add a little celery seed and salt and pepper to taste. Make ahead and let flavors blend.
