Spaghetti with Herbed Tomatoes and Cheese

Ingredients

  • I pound package spaghetti
  • 3 T. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6-8 tomatoes diced
  • 2 tsp. basil - fresh is better
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 8 oz. package mozzarella shredded
  • 1/2 c. parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Cook spaghetti. Saute garlic in oil. Stir in tomato, basil and salt. Heat through, stirring. Drain spaghetti and return to saucepot. Toss with tomatoes, mozzarella and parmesan. Serve immediately.
