Ingredients
- I pound package spaghetti
- 3 T. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6-8 tomatoes diced
- 2 tsp. basil - fresh is better
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 8 oz. package mozzarella shredded
- 1/2 c. parmesan
Preparation
Step 1
Cook spaghetti. Saute garlic in oil. Stir in tomato, basil and salt. Heat through, stirring. Drain spaghetti and return to saucepot. Toss with tomatoes, mozzarella and parmesan. Serve immediately.
