refrigerate over night

Ingredients

  • 1 st layer
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup ground pecans
  • 2 nd layer
  • 1 8oz tub cool whip
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 rd layer
  • 3 small boxes lemon instant pudding
  • 5 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

1st layer
mix together and press into 9 X 12 baking dish
bake at 350* for 20 minutes
let cool

2nd layer
mix together until creamy then fold in 1 cup cool whip
spread over cooled crust
chill

3rd layer
blend until pudding is thickened
fold in remainder of cool whip
spread over 2nd layer
chill over night
