Lois's Pickled Beets and Eggs

Ingredients

  • 10 small beats ( I use a small can of beets with juice from store)
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 hard boiled eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve sugar,salt in juice from beets,vinegar and water. Bring to a boil, pour hot solution over beets and eggs and let stand overnight
