Ingredients
- 10 small beats ( I use a small can of beets with juice from store)
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 hard boiled eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve sugar,salt in juice from beets,vinegar and water. Bring to a boil, pour hot solution over beets and eggs and let stand overnight
