Ingredients
- sausage (about 1/3 lb.)
- oil
- flour
- milk
- salt (or butter salt)
Preparation
Step 1
On med/low heat, fry sausage.
Add oil to about 1/4 inch.
Add flour a little at a time and cook until it browns. Should be thick but not clumpy.
Add a LITTLE milk at a time to gravy consistency.
Add quite a bit of salt to flavor.
