Sausage gravy with biscuits

Ingredients

  • sausage (about ⅓ lb.)

  • oil

  • flour

  • milk

  • salt (or butter salt)

Directions

On med/low heat, fry sausage. Add oil to about 1/4 inch. Add flour a little at a time and cook until it browns. Should be thick but not clumpy. Add a LITTLE milk at a time to gravy consistency. Add quite a bit of salt to flavor.
